Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email with the status of your order as items are shipped.
Returns may be sent back to 121 N Patterson St, Suite A, Valdosta, Georgia 31601 within 14 days of the date the item is received by the customer. We offer the opportunity to return for exchange or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns sent back with deodorant stains, makeup stains or pet hair or smoke scent will be refused for return.
- Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange and all returns must be unused in the same condition they were received with tags, as long as the item was purchased at FULL PRICE.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be rejected.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free return shipping.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If the sale item is damaged when it's received, please notify us upon receiving the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@whimsy121.com.
We also offer exchanges of any item in store as long as the item is NOT on sale. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
ALL store credit will be issued by email on a gift card. The gift card can be used for in store and online purchases with the code sent. To use the gift card in store, please print the gift card and present it at checkout.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
